Todd A. Cox is the Director of Policy at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. He is also a former leader of the LDF’s political participation team. Prior to returning to LDF, Mr. Cox was the Director of Criminal Justice Policy at the Center for American Progress (CAP), where he led a cross-programmatic team addressing a range of criminal justice policy issues.
