- Lindsey, an accomplished journalist with nearly two decades of experience, has become a trusted voice in the media, contributing to notable outlets such as The View, NBC News, and NewsNation. She is also a TEDx speaker who has covered some of the world’s most impactful stories. Together with her life partner Kolyn Boyd, they created World of Travel, a groundbreaking travel series that explores the past, present, and future of global destinations. The show, which was recently renewed for a second season, aims to showcase underrepresented communities in the travel industry and inspire viewers to explore diverse cultures—all while navigating adventures with a toddler in tow.
- In addition to the success of World of Travel, Lindsey and Kolyn’s story is one of resilience and dedication. They overcame significant obstacles, including paying off $100,000 in debt from their production company, Gilded Focus, to self-fund this passion project. Kolyn, the director of the series, spent years securing the show’s place in the industry, and together, they are now executive producing and hosting an international travel series that is streaming on multiple platforms, including DIRECTV, ROKU, and Samsung TV.
