RONNELL FOSTER

Ronnell Foster was 32-years-old when a police officer fatally shot him after police say they were in fear of their lives after a scuffle. Foster’s family filed a lawsuit against the California city of Vallejo and the police department because they believe the scuffle never happened and they want the police to release the body cam footage. Foster was not armed at the time of his death.
